Guarding the mission
A free promise.
A shared responsibility.
Our governance framework calls on the board to guide strategy, oversee leadership, steward resources, and safeguard donor trust.
The board reviews and votes on proposed Salvation Plans and resource commitments. Written financial controls and conflict-of-interest policies support decisions that keep the mission and the people it serves at the center.
